Using this website

This website describes Doctor 4 Mobiles's repair services and second-hand phone inventory. Prices and stock shown on the site are indicative and are confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp or in store) before any work begins or any device changes hands — exactly as described in the Pricing section of the site.

Repairs

Repair estimates are given after diagnosis and are approved by you before work starts. Parts used are original or original-quality as stated on your invoice. Repairs carry the six-month warranty described on the site, covering the specific fault repaired; it does not cover unrelated faults, further physical damage, or liquid damage occurring after the repair.

Second-hand phones

Handsets are graded (A/B/C) based on physical condition and tested on a 32-point check before sale. Each sale includes a bill, the test report, and a six-month warranty card. Handsets may be returned within seven days if not as described.

Courier repairs

Devices sent by courier are insured both ways and tracked by ticket number. Shipping is charged as stated in the Pricing section at the time of booking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Doctor 4 Mobiles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost data not backed up beforehand) arising from a repair or purchase, beyond the value of the service or item involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
