What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to enter into the "Book a repair" or "Sell my phone" forms: your name, phone number, and the service details you select. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site at the time of writing.

How we use it

Submitting either form opens WhatsApp with your details prefilled into a message addressed to Doctor 4 Mobiles. Nothing is sent to us unless you press send inside WhatsApp — at that point, your message and phone number are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, and by us, to respond to your enquiry — quote a repair or buyback price, schedule a pickup, or answer your question. We do not sell your information to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain conversation history only as long as needed to complete your repair, purchase, or enquiry, and for basic bookkeeping afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Devices left for repair

Repairs are carried out without wiping a device wherever possible. If a factory reset is unavoidable, we tell you before starting work. We do not access personal files, photos, or accounts on your device beyond what's necessary to diagnose and repair the fault you brought it in for.
